4.8 (5) NDIS Registered Early Childhood

From the provider: Who We Are We are a culturally inclusive NDIS-registered disability support service committed to empowering individuals to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes while actively engaging with their communities. Our Mission Our mission is to deliver personalised, respectful, and inclusive support that enhances the lives of people with disabilities. We envision a world where everyone has equal access to opportunities, connection, and a fulfilling life—regardless of background or ability. What Makes Us Unique We embrace cultural diversity at every level of our service. Our team reflects the communities we serve, allowing us to build stronger, more trusting relationships with participants and their families. We also take pride in our flexible, person-centred approach—no two support plans are the same. We believe that effective support goes beyond basic care. Our innovative approach integrates community participation, cultural understanding, and skill-building to create long-term impact. Whether it's supporting employment goals, education pathways, or social inclusion, we provide a full spectrum of assistance tailored to each person. Real Stories, Real Impact One of our participants, a young man with an intellectual disability, had spent years caught in a cycle of instability and contact with the justice system. Since joining our service over three years ago, his life has transformed. With the consistent support of the same dedicated worker throughout his journey, he has not had any further involvement with law enforcement. His mental health has significantly improved, and he’s achieved milestones once thought out of reach — including travelling independently, reconnecting with his family, securing job opportunities, and living independently. His story reflects the heart of our work: building trust, empowering growth, and supporting people to create lasting change in their lives. We don’t just provide support — we build bridges. Here’s how we stand out: Culturally Intelligent Care: Our team doesn’t just understand diversity — we live it. We match participants with support workers who respect and reflect their cultural values, languages, and traditions. Relationships First: We take the time to truly get to know every participant. Our support is built on trust, consistency, and genuine human connection — not just checklists. Support Without Limits: Whether it’s attending a community event, learning a new skill, or taking the first step toward employment, we say “yes” to possibilities — then help make them happen. Future-Focused: We don’t just focus on today’s needs. We help participants imagine and work toward a future where they’re more confident, independent, and empowered. Small by Design, Personal by Nature: We intentionally keep our service small and specialised to ensure every participant receives high-quality, individualised attention — no one gets lost in the system. Tailored to You We begin by listening—really listening—to what each individual wants and needs. From there, we co-design support plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and cultural background. Our services evolve as you do, ensuring your support always fits. Creating Opportunities Every Day We empower our participants to pursue education, employment, community involvement, and personal growth. Through mentoring, skill development, and community partnerships, we help individuals build meaningful, independent lives filled with purpose and possibility.

C in Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

NDIS Registered

From the provider: At C in Coaching, we help people living with psychosocial disability build resilience, reach their goals, and live fuller lives. And this work isn't just professional - it's personal. We don't just talk about healing. We've lived it. Our founder, Cristina, knows first-hand what it is to feel broken, lost, and unsure of who you are — and what it takes to rise again. That lived experience sits at the heart of everything we do. It's what makes our support real, not clinical. But lived experience is only the foundation. Every person who works with C in Coaching is supervised by Cristina — a holistic educator who teaches mental health and peer work at the tertiary level, with over 15 years in the sector, a Certificate IV in Mental Health, a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching, and Honours in Social Work underway. So your support is warm and skilled, trauma-informed, and held to a standard we set ourselves. We work in English and Spanish, and we welcome participants from all backgrounds. Our services: Psychosocial Recovery Coaching — funded under the Capacity Building – Support Coordination category of your NDIS plan. We work alongside you to understand your plan, connect with the right services, build independence, and move toward a more meaningful life. Recovery means something different to everyone — and we'll follow your lead. Mental Health Support Work — capacity-building support to manage day-to-day challenges, build coping strategies, grow daily living skills, and feel genuinely understood (not personal care). Let's start with a call to see if we connect — and if it suits you, a face-to-face meet and greet, with service areas across Victoria. If you're ready to grow and move forward with courage, we're here to walk beside you — every step of the way. 🤍

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do Psychosocial Recovery Coaching providers cost in Victoria?

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching rates in Victoria follow the NDIS Price Guide limits. Costs vary based on the type of support, time of service (standard hours, evenings, weekends), worker qualifications, and travel requirements. Plan-managed and self-managed participants have greater flexibility in choosing providers and negotiating rates.

What's the difference between registered and unregistered NDIS providers?

NDIS registered providers have met quality and safety standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Agency-managed participants must use registered providers. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can choose either registered or unregistered providers, giving more flexibility in their choices.

Can I change my Psychosocial Recovery Coaching provider if it's not working out?

Yes, you have the right to change providers at any time. Review your service agreement for notice periods and discuss any concerns with your provider first. If you're unhappy with the service, you can end the agreement and find a new provider that better meets your needs.

How do I find Psychosocial Recovery Coaching providers who speak my language?

Use the Language filter at the top of this page to find providers offering support in your preferred language. Victoria has providers available in many languages including Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Vietnamese, Greek, Italian, and more. You can also specify language requirements when contacting providers directly.

What qualifications should Psychosocial Recovery Coaching providers have?

All NDIS workers must have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. Many hold qualifications like Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or relevant allied health degrees. Specialist providers may have additional training in specific disability types. Always ask providers about their qualifications and experience.
