The founding team has over 20 years of experience as registered nurses in the Australian health sector. Established in 2020, Azalea Care provides NDIS core support services and operates differently from other service providers. The founding directors have experience in public mental health and disability services and have seen the gaps in support offered by most NDIS providers. As a result, they wanted to use their experience and skills to fill these gaps and provide equitable support to their clients.
