Registration Requirements
To register as a provider, you will need a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and at least one active NDIS service category. NDIS registration is not required to list with us — both registered and unregistered providers are welcome, though registration status is displayed on your profile so participants can make informed choices.
You will also need a working email address and contact details for participants to reach you. Optional but recommended: a brief organisation description, service area details, and a logo or profile image.
What Happens After You Register
Once you submit your registration, our team reviews your details within 2 business days. We verify your ABN and ensure your profile information is complete. You will receive an email notification when your listing is approved and live. From that point, your profile will appear in relevant search results based on your service categories and location.
You can log in to your provider dashboard at any time to update your profile, add service areas, respond to participant inquiries, and view how many people have viewed your listing.
Registration Benefits
