Our Mission
NDIS Provider Finder was built with a single goal: to make finding quality disability support simple. Navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming, and finding the right provider — one that matches your goals, location, and communication needs — should not be a full-time job. We bring together thousands of verified NDIS providers in one place so participants and their families can search, compare, and connect with confidence.
We believe every NDIS participant deserves access to providers who truly understand their needs. Our directory covers all support categories, from daily living and therapy to plan management and community access, across every state and territory in Australia.
How We Started
NDIS Provider Finder grew out of frustration with how difficult it was to discover suitable providers. Too many participants were spending hours on hold, filling out inquiry forms, and still ending up with providers who were not the right fit. We set out to build a better experience — one that respects participants' time and gives providers a fair opportunity to showcase what makes them unique.
Today our directory lists over 5,000 providers across all NDIS support categories. We continuously update provider profiles, verify contact information, and improve search tools based on feedback from participants, carers, and support coordinators.
Our Team
Our team includes people with lived experience of disability, former support coordinators, and technology specialists who are passionate about accessibility and inclusion. We work closely with the disability community to ensure our platform reflects real needs — not assumptions about them.
