Trent had struggled with Mental Health and an unhealthy lifestyle, and after reaching an extremely low point and making massive changes in his life, he decided he wanted to assist others to do the same. When the NDIS was about to be launched, Trent realised that Personal Training was not funded, and advocated that it should be. He spoke about the benefits of physical activity on core strength, mobility, mental health and more. He was successful and became the first registered Personal Trainer under the NDIS.
