Trent Baker started ‘180° Health & Fitness’ as a Personal Training business after turning his own life around. Trent had struggled with Mental Health and an unhealthy lifestyle, and after reaching an extremely low point and making massive changes in his life, he decided he wanted to assist others to do the same. When the NDIS was about to be launched, Trent realised that Personal Training was not funded, and advocated that it should be. He spoke about the benefits of physical activity on core strength, mobility, mental health and more. He was successful and became the first registered Personal Trainer under the NDIS. From there, he saw that he could do more – and 180° Disability & Mental Health Services was born. Our Vision To assist people to feel empowered and achieve their goals. Our Mission Our mission is to grow, as you grow. We aim to provide services led by lived experience that promote genuine inclusivity, leading by example.
