I take great pride in my role and responsibilities and treat every participant with respect, dignity, and genuine care. Duty of a Support Coordinator helps NDIS participants understand and use their plans so they can live more independently and confidently. I have over eight years of experience as a Support Worker, having transitioned into Support Coordination over the past four years. My career background includes almost 40 years with roles as a Management, Personal Assistant, Accounting, and working in medical centres with duties including practice manager, translator, and assistant doctors performing clinical procedures, medical report writing. My areas of expertise include mental health, neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Niemann-Pick disease, as well as supporting individuals with a wide range of other complex needs. Beyond my professional experience, I proudly serve as President of the Dallas Turkish Women’s Group, a Multicultural Advocacy Member for Hume City Council (Broadmeadows), and a Volunteer as a Community Support advocate. My role includes: Listening with empathy, understanding your goals and what matters most to you. Explaining your NDIS plan in clear, simple terms. Connecting you with trusted services and supports.
