At shadow care Pty Ltd we work on a different level of care to most other care providers, we do not believe that one size fits all when it comes to the care and support of an individual and their family. As part of our administrative role, we take great pride in working closely both with the participants and our support workers. We carry out a full analysis of the participants’ needs and ensure we find a support worker that can meet all of the participant’s individual requirements.
It is our duty to provide a support worker who is not only capable but dedicated to ensuring the participant and their family get the best available care and support. Shadow care Pty Ltd also takes into consideration any individual care plans which need to be drawn up, and as part of our administration role, we will ensure this is adhered to. In the case of a participant being sick or having an injury, our qualified support workers will be advised, and having such skilled carers means we are already prepared for such an event.
Shadow care Pty Ltd offers a wide range of services including household tasks, community nursing, personal care, accommodation support and assist/travel. This means you have a full service in one place, and won’t have to search for a specific area of support if the need arises.
