Our houses are tailored to the needs of the participants, and we ensure that the co tenants are matched to each of their preferences. Suitability of the participants residing in the property is a priority for us! Our Support Workers have a 15-minute handover meeting at every shift changeover and have regular team meetings. We record shift case notes on events for the day, achievements and concerns including incident reporting daily, which can be provided on request. Community Participation Getting out and about is a big part of life, and our team can support you in being part of the activities and events that matter to you. We offer a range of services, from companionship to transport, to help you attend work, volunteer commitments, social outings, family gatherings, recreational activities, community events and more. We can provide support for just a few hours, or on a regular basis. It’s up to you. In Home Care Our in home assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can support you with: Getting ready for school, university or work – breakfast, showers, preparing lunches, transportation, support with medication and other aspects of the morning routine Getting ready for bed – dinner, preparing for the next day, administering medication, showers and other aspects of the evening routine Personal care – dressing, hygiene, brushing teeth, bathroom assistance, complex health support needs such as changing continence pads Mealtime assistance – preparing meals, supporting with mealtimes Light domestic duties – household tasks such as the dishes, washing and ironing Administering medication
