This involves working together to understand NDIS funding, what to expect from services, and build your independence. Specialist Support Coordination Specialist Support Coordination assists participants reduce complexity in their support environment, so they can connect with funded supports and negotiate support solutions with multiple stakeholders to achieve their NDIS goals. Recovery Coach and Mentoring Recovery coaches work collaboratively with participants, their families, carers and other services to design, plan and implement a recovery plan, and assist with the coordination of NDIS and other supports.
