Gold Coast Support Coordination is an independent NDIS provider based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, offering support coordination, specialist support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching. The team works with participants to understand and use their NDIS plans, connect with informal, community and funded supports, and coordinate a mix of services that builds capacity and inclusion. Support is delivered face to face at a location of the participant's choosing, and the provider also arranges community participation activities such as sports, surfing, fishing, horse riding and life skills outings.
Allied health support, including occupational therapy, psychology and behavioural support, is offered for people aged 16 and over, with an administration team supporting participants and staff.
