We want to ensure people with disability feel empowered and have control in their daily lives. We currently serve clients in the Launceston TAS and Melbourne, VIC. How do we work? Therefore, we focus on person-centred support. We currently provide services to a mixture of low and medium need clients. We understand how important it is for both clients and staff to feel they are given adequate help from the management. Therefore, our founding team work closely with the support team to ensure our clients feel satisfied and have a sense of achievement. Why should you use our service? Therefore, we want to help you go out, meet people, enjoy yourself and try out new things. Improved Living: We believe that independence starts at home. Therefore, we want to help you find a suitable place to live and call it home. Our trained staff can help you achieve Supported Independent Living (SIL). Improved Skills & Learning: We can help you increase your independence through various coaching and therapy designed to build up your skills and capacity.
Support includes personal care, nursing services, training, job and study support. Increased Social & Community Participation: We can help you learn new skills, take up study or training and build your independence.
