From the provider: Ario Care Group is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that place dignity, independence, and cultural safety at the heart of everything we do. Founded in 2022, we are proudly community-led, with strong roots in culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities across Queensland and Victoria. We provide a wide range of disability services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), high and standard personal care, Community Nursing, Innovative Community Participation, Development of Life Skills, Social and Civic Participation, Household Tasks, and Travel and Transport. Each service is co-designed with participants and families, ensuring individual strengths, goals, and cultural values are always respected. What makes us different is our culturally responsive approach. We recognise that CALD participants often face profound barriers to accessing the NDIS such as language gaps, stigma, and mistrust of government services. Our bilingual staff and community partnerships help break these barriers, ensuring services are linguistically accessible, culturally safe, and rooted in trust. We work hand-in-hand with community organisations, umbrella bodies, and local leaders to deliver holistic supports that not only meet immediate needs but also strengthen community resilience and inclusion. Our vision is to be a national leader in transforming disability care, building a society where every person with disability can thrive, participate, and live with dignity. Our mission is to enrich lives through personalised, compassionate supports that empower choice, independence, and wellbeing Ario Care Group stands apart through: Embedding cultural safety in every service, respecting languages, traditions, and values Holistic, personalised supports tailored care plans that integrate family, community, and professional networks.
