As owner and Senior Support Coordinator, Martin Healy has extensive experience working in Support Coordination, along with experience working in and with governments, the disability sector, youth work, and the education sector. Martin has experience with governments, funding, supports and services, linking people in the community, and supporting people from different cultures, linguistic, socio, economic and able backgrounds. Martin also has vast experience working with people with disabilities, including in disability advocacy, 1:1 supports, residential care, day programs and therapy services.
Martin understands some of the bigger issues that people with disabilities face and has worked in systemic reform to promote positive development opportunities for all individuals. Some of the services Martin has worked in and with include Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS), Melbourne Polytechnic, and the Victorian Law Reform Commission.
