Side by Side Support Coordination

My sister and I are joint administrators for our brother Last year we made the decision to transfer to Martin as the support coordinator and we could not be happier with him. Extremely diligent, Martin is inclusive and engenders a team approach to managing all aspects of our brother’s care and well-being. His professionalism and communication at all levels is exemplary. We have the utmost confidence in Martin and are very grateful that he is the support coordinator for our brother.

Our sister has very complex health issues, an intellectual disability and drug resistant epilepsy. Our family has been through a circus of NDIS reviews, planner managers, interim plans and support coordinators. Martin was originally assigned as our sister’s support coordinator through a disability service and support organisation. We established a positive relationship with him due to his extensive knowledge of NDIS processes and his advocacy of our sister. We were relieved when Martin left the organisation that he established his own support coordination business. We have recently been through a very difficult plan review due to a major change of living circumstances for our sister. Martin steered us through this very emotional and stressful experience. We have always found him to be diligent, thoughtful, sensitive and knowledgeable of the intricacies of the NDIS processes. In all our dealings with Martin, he has had our sister’s wellbeing front and centre.
