Plan Managers is an independent NDIS plan management provider based in Mount Waverley, Victoria, and registered nationally to deliver plan management. It acts as a financial intermediary for participants: processing invoices from their chosen providers, claiming those expenses through the NDIS portal, paying the providers, keeping records ready for audit and sending regular statements of spending. Because plan management is funded separately within a participant's plan, the service is provided at no cost to the participant, and participants remain free to use providers who are not NDIS registered.
The organisation operates within a registered CPA public accounting practice and was established by founder and managing director Ross Billson, an accountant who moved into the disability sector after a family member was diagnosed with special needs.
