Participate Australia is a New South Wales disability service provider that supports people living with intellectual, cognitive and developmental disabilities, along with their families and carers. Founded in 1983, the organisation has been the disability division of SydWest Multicultural Services since the two merged in May 2023. Its centre in Croydon offers organised day activities for adults, weekend social clubs including PrideAbility for LGBTQIA+ people with disability, and a school holiday program for children and teenagers. Individual support is delivered in the home, at the centre and in the community, and 16 support coordinators work across greater Sydney in several languages.
