NDIS Registration Groups: 0102 - Assist Access/Maintain Employment- We provide support to help participants access and maintain employment opportunities, including job coaching and assistance with job applications, interviews, and on-the-job support. 0104 - Assist Personal Activities High Our high-intensity personal activity support includes help with daily personal care and complex needs, ensuring participants receive the assistance they need for a high quality of life.
0106 - Assist Life Stage, Transition We assist individuals through significant life transitions, such as moving from school to work or transitioning to independent living, offering guidance & support during these pivotal changes. 0107 - Assist Personal Activities We offer assistance with everyday personal activities, including help with personal hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks to support participants in maintaining their independence.
0108 - Assist Travel/Transport Our travel and transport support services ensure that participants can travel safely and comfortably to appointments, community events, and other destinations including public transport. 0114 - Community Nursing Care We provide skilled community nursing care, addressing medical needs and health management in the comfort of the participant’s home, including wound care, medication management & health monitoring. 0115 - Daily Tasks/Shared Living Support with daily tasks and shared living arrangements helps participants manage household chores & shared living responsibilities, promoting a comfortable & functional living environment.
0117 - Development-Life Skills Our life skills development programs focus on enhancing participants' abilities to manage everyday tasks and activities, including cooking, budgeting, & personal organization, to support their independence & quality of life. 0120 - Household Tasks We assist with various household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to ensure participants have a well-maintained & supportive living environment.
0125 - Participate Community We encourage & support participants in engaging with their community through social activities, events, and programs, promoting inclusion and active participation in community life. 0128 - Therapeutic Supports Our therapeutic supports include a range of therapies designed to address physical, psychological, and emotional needs, including occupational therapy, speech therapy, & counseling. 0136 - Group/Centre Activities We offer group and center-based activities that provide social interaction, skill development, and recreational opportunities, fostering community engagement & personal growth.
