Personalised support. More attention. Better understanding. ES Care is a Registered NDIS Provider focused on providing thoughtful, consistent and highly personalised support for people with disability. We believe good support should never feel rushed or impersonal. Rather than focusing on volume, we intentionally work with a limited number of participants so we can take the time to understand each person properly β their goals, routines, preferences, strengths and the practical challenges they face in everyday life.
Our approach is simple: Fewer participants. More attention. Better understanding. πΏ Our current focus includes: β’ Community Access & Participation Support to attend appointments, go shopping, participate in activities, explore the community and stay socially connected. β’ Independent Living & Life Skills Practical support with everyday skills such as cooking, shopping, planning routines, public transport, organisation and building greater independence.
β’ Personalised 1:1 Support Consistent individual support tailored around your goals, preferences and daily needs. β’ Daily Living & Household Support Practical assistance with everyday routines and activities at home. At ES Care, we aim to work with participants, not simply do things for them. Where appropriate, we support people to build confidence, develop skills and become more involved in making decisions about their own everyday life. π‘ We are also exploring new ways to improve access to support and professional services.
One area we are currently developing is Assisted Tele-Assessment Support. Some people find standard telehealth difficult β especially when they need to manage technology, position a camera, show how they move around their home, or clearly show equipment, stairs, bathrooms or other parts of their environment. Our developing model would allow ES Care to provide on-site, non-clinical practical and technology support while a qualified clinician conducts the appointment remotely.
This may include: β’ Camera positioning β’ Video and audio setup β’ Internet support β’ Larger-screen communication β’ Helping the clinician view the home environment more clearly β’ Practical non-clinical assistance under the clinician's direction The qualified clinician remains responsible for all clinical assessment and decision-making. This concept is currently being carefully developed and explored with clinicians and referral partners. π€ Who can contact us?
