District 360

A very positive experience with this company. My main issue has always been people not communicating, ignoring my calls and emails. I want to be heard and respected. I feel that I am with these guys.

Great service and very different, unique and caring approach to the various supports they provide. Their Support Coordination team is brilliant. They are genuine and are well acquainted with and understand how to navigate through the complex NDIS landscape. This in turn has helped me focus on what’s important for me.

While Epilepsy is more common than Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, MS and muscular dystrophy combined, its still widely misunderstood. There is no Govt funding, although information is always available, the social support and contact is not. Finding supports and trying to navigate through life as a teenager and young adult living with Epilepsy has been difficult and isolating. After contacting many agencies, sending so many emails, there was very little response and then, the support my son needed didn't seem available. Meeting Tanya Johnston, who wanted to know his history, likes, goals for the future, was really great. The support workers have been a good match, providing social supports, which have lifted his confidence and sense of independence. Always so grateful. Luisa

This is a really cool service. Very innovative in their approach. Always finding ways to help me. I like their circle of support service as well. My family feels alot more involved and although it's early days it makes sense.

Before District360, my son had a support coordinator that almost never checked-in or showed any real concern; emails went unanswered and he never followed through with his promises. Since switching to District360, it's been a totally different experience. My son's new support coordinator is quick to follow-up on enquiries and continues to engage with myself and my son; providing us with referrals to services we hadn't known were available before. We recommend District360 to anyone looking for a truly engaging support option.

I do NOT write this review lightly. I have personally experienced the nightmares that most of us have come to know with most health service providers and the NDIS - many times over. All the empty promises, the lies, the neglect and even the financial abuses. My story and many of my needs are so "outside the box" that I felt I was doomed to continue to be the non human the system had created. DISTRICT 360 has my hard earned trust and my recommendation. They go above and beyond for their clients and will help you with whatever your journey is to regain a life worth living.

I really appreciate the support my coordinator has given me. I found the whole NDIS process really overwhelming. She has helped me make sense of it all. Other staff also always happy to help out. Answer any questions I have. They all seem to work as a team to help me.

I have had a very good experience with my support coordinator. She has helped me get a review and more funding which i really needed. She calls me often and we work things out together. Very helpful and nice. Very happy with her service.
