Access Support Coordination

Coordinators help participants understand and implement the supports funded in their NDIS plan, link them to community, government and independent services, and negotiate service agreements and bookings with providers.

For participants with high or complex needs, qualified coordinators assist with plan implementation and help overcome barriers to accessing health, education or justice services.

Recovery coaches support people with psychosocial disability to build independence, social participation and economic participation, working alongside family and carers on recovery plans.

Coordinators assist participants who are eligible for Supported Independent Living or Specialist Disability Accommodation to examine housing options in their preferred areas, using established links with Queensland providers.
