Access Support Coordination is an NDIS registered provider in Queensland delivering Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and help with Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation options. Its coordinators help participants understand and implement the supports funded in their plan, negotiate with providers on cost and service agreements, and prepare end-of-plan reports that inform future funding. Staff come from disability and aged care backgrounds and work from offices in Bundaberg, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns, serving regional and remote communities. Support is delivered face to face, by video or by telephone.
