The Only Support Coordinator, they were recommended to us by our LAC from NDIS. The LAC told us they are the once she would consider on situations like ours in which we are on the extreme kind. My son has autism of extreme behaviour that requires so much support. They are good in putting up a team together for the family's support and most especially for our son. They are amazing in many ways like they can be contacted by phone/text/email almost anytime of the day/night and any day of the week. They have not given up on us despite our really bad situation and has helped us represent our case to NDIA to get the funding we need. Many thanks. Danny

The only support coordination has helped me so much. I didnt have supports and didnt know what to do. They helped me break down my plan and guided me each step of the way. I can’t express how much being with the only support co ordination has been so amazing and helpful for me !! For someone like me who at times needs so much help in just being able to put things together right. They just seem to have my back they understand me and my needs and work with me not against me. They work for me and my needs and comfort! Every time I call I walk away relaxed , happy and my anxiety relaxes when life raises it! Not including how much I enjoy the laughs I get as though I’m talking to a professional bestie I have come to look forward to the calls.Thank you so much for all you do for me the only support co ordination cause I don’t know what I’d do without you all !!

Roz provided me with resources and linkages as a support coordination for my brother with a psychosocial disability. Roz has a thorough understanding of specific mental health diagnosis and not only supported my brother but his support systems to strengthen my brother's independence. And access the best appropriate services for him presented as options so he had choice and control. Roz has always responded within a timely and prompt manner includeing in times of immediate crisis. Roz provides an empathic and professional approach and explains everything thoroughly.

I contacted Roz to organise my son’s NDIS plan review report. My son is having ASD and ADHD. Roz explained me how to request for a better funding plan. She also linked me with the best therapy services closer to my house for ongoing support to improve my son’s daily living. Roz requested for more funding for specialised therapy in the new plan. She has adaptable communication skills and put extra effort to meet our needs. Roz is honest, reliable and easily available on her phone.
