Orli & Co

Support Coordination, Advocacy and Peer Support, Training

From the provider: At Orli & Co we do things differently and we don’t just say it. Orli & Co was founded by a highly experienced support coordinator, started in the NDIS in 2013, who was diagnosed with ADHD and knew something had to change - Sarah implemented a survey that captures what’s going on for you, making it clear what the issues are and making it easy to tell if we are the right fit - that matters, in fact it’s everything, we don’t promise the world because no one can deliver it, instead we tell you what your options are and then it’s up to you. At Orli & Co we take pride in our knowledge, experience and strategic thinking - we understand how it works, saw the gaps and decided to do something about it. Sarah reviews evidence prior to reassessment, access request, ART and variation submissions, we began to notice the evidence wasn’t being presented cohesively, not structured in a way that it will get read, recommendations that are causing escalation and pages of pages clinical justification that barely made sense and the lengths of the reports got longer and the outcomes weren’t better. Sarah has always presented evidence based reporting, based on the functioning capacity and sought out allied health professionals to learn - she understands clinical evidence, reporting and her coordination background means she’s attended hundreds of planning meetings with results that speak for themselves Sarah started at the beginning of the scheme, navigating every single change and understands through genuine lived experience, stands up for what’s right and knows the legislation - she read it and isn’t afraid to use it. We offer reassessment support, evidence review and preparation, 1:1 workshops on what to do with no coordination, support coordination and support in general. If your looking for an organisation where you aren’t a number, you will be heard and only taken on board if we can really help you - reach out.
