Support Coordination Support coordination helps you to make the best use of your supports in your NDIS plan. Support coordinators help to identify and connect you to a range of service providers, help you to understand and implement your plan, and answer any questions you may have. Support coordination also helps by empowering you to become confident in understanding how to work with service providers, resolve support issues that may arise and participate independently in the NDIS.
