We focus on a person-centred approach when providing all services to participants. Additional to the above, we have a team that specialises in the supporting participants under the complex care team pathway and have a team that supports eligible individuals to apply or reapply for NDIS. Our support includes helping you gather all the required documents, going through the documentation to ensure that the application and supporting documents meets the NDIS requirements and we assist with submitting the application to NDIA. We support eligible participants with preparing for their first plan meetings and attend the meetings with them when the need arises.
