Bestcare Solutions was founded by two close friends, with over 20 years of combined disability and care experience and a passion for improving the quality of services provided to NDIS Participants. Both having worked within large organisations that view their participants and staff as profit margins and statistics, we decided to create an organisation that focuses on the participant and their needs. At Bestcare Solutions we understand that each individual has their own heritage, culture, beliefs, and interests.
Rather than staffing from a generic “pool” of supoort workers, we like to work WITH our participants to find the perfect support workers for their specific needs. Whether it be a shared language, cultural or spiritual background, or as simple as shared interests and hobbies, Bestcare Solutions works WITH you and get your direct input on who you would like supporting you to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling and happy life; the way you want to live it.
We strive to prodvide the best person-centred supports to our participants and build our services around YOUR needs and goals. We provide the following services: - In home support - Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities - Assistance with Self-Care Activities - Activities of Daily Living - Assistance with Supported Independent Living - Short Term Accomodation (STA) and assistance (including Respite) In the spirit of reconciliation Bestcare Solutions acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
