Endow Support and Consulting (ESC) is a disability service provider that provides disability support services across Australia. We provide support to all participants, regardless of how your plan funding is managed. Our aim is to provide participants, their formal and informal supports a holistic recovery approach to better their lives, have their needs met, exercise their choice, and control and achieve their goals. We focus on a person centered approach and therefore all support is tailored and made to suit each individual, their goals, and their budget.
We ensure that all supports meet the reasonable and necessary criteria. Our team consists of different health and social services professionals, who are highly qualified, skilled and have relevant experience, qualifications, and NDIS screening checks. We focus on a person-centred approach when providing all services to participants. Additional to the above, we have a team that specialises in the supporting participants under the complex care team pathway and have a team that supports eligible individuals to apply or reapply for NDIS.
Our support includes helping you gather all the required documents, going through the documentation to ensure that the application and supporting documents meets the NDIS requirements and we assist with submitting the application to NDIA. We support eligible participants with preparing for their first plan meetings and attend the meetings with them when the need arises.
