We thoroughly examine the participants goals and requirements to create a customised care plan and integrate the advice/suggestions of Allied Health professionals into the plan. Our director who is a GP then reviews the plan for the ultimate quality care . We then regularly revise our participants plans to constantly improve on it and tailor it to their changing needs .
