These terms apply to all users of the platform, including participants, carers, support coordinators, and providers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
NDIS Provider Finder reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
Use of the Platform
NDIS Provider Finder provides a directory service to help participants locate NDIS providers. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality of any provider listed in our directory. The inclusion of a provider in our directory does not constitute a referral or warranty regarding their services, qualifications, or suitability for any particular participant.
Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate another person or organisation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms without notice.
Provider Responsibilities and Disclaimers
Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to their profiles. NDIS Provider Finder does not independently verify all provider claims beyond ABN and registration status checks. Any service agreements, pricing, availability, and conduct between providers and participants are the sole responsibility of those parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NDIS Provider Finder is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of this directory or from any interactions between participants and providers. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
