Elevate will manage and pay your provider invoices in a quick, efficient, and professional manner while assisting you to remain in control of your NDIS plan funding. This alleviates the need to repeat your history multiple times to many different people, as your case manager processes your invoices from start to finish and understands the complexities of your supports. This streamlined process helps get queries answered quickly and lets you get on with your day! We are currently offering (for those who do not have support coordination included in their plan), a free consult with one of our experienced support coordinators. Our coordinator will go through your plan with you and help ensure you are maximising your funding, meeting your goals, and getting your questions answered. Our coordinators can even help with suggestions and referrals if you are having a tough time connecting with providers. Well, we have a good chat with new participants at the beginning of their journey with us. This includes getting to know you better and getting to know your life situation and goals. Once we know you a bit better, we are then able to match you with a coordinator who specialises in the supports you are looking for. Because our coordinators are so knowledgeable, they have built up professional networks over the years. These networks are fantastic in assisting our participants to find the supports they require and utilising their NDIS funding as they need.
