Professional, empathetic, understanding and quick. these attributes are just the beginning when you deal with this company. I am so glad I chose them as our plan managers for my son. They are always available and accessible and you could see the hard work they put in to manage the plan for you. Highly satisfied with Madeeha and her team.

My experience with Care Plan Management has been extremely smooth and hassle-free. These people actually care about you and will go lengths to assist you with your NDIS Plan. I am so glad I chose them as their primary concern was our satisfaction. they have always greeted us with smile, even if its after hours. They have been really empathetic and understanding towards us, which has given us so much strength and calmness. I certainly have one less thing to worry about with CPM as our plan managers and that is our NDIS plan. they are so professional and yet so humble. Cannot recommend them enough

Excellent customer service! I felt so welcomed while talking to them and they have always been warm and process the invoices so quickly. No wait times and the best thing I liked about the company is they are real Accountants rather than a call centre with trainees.
