I have engaged with Wellvibe and sought their services for several people I support as specialist support coordinator. I highly recommend Wellvibe as a provider that is responsive, flexible, ethical with great support workers. Manager very involved at ground level and this makes a huge difference compared to large service providers. An excellent service.

My family member needed a mental health support worker so we tried looking into this place. Incredible service - they always make sure to allocate a worker that is based on similar interests as well as experience. They are also highly respectful and kind.

After looking after our son for over 50 yrs his Asperger’s and schizophrenia recently became worse. After a short stay in hospital we put him in SRS accommodation and had to find support workers that could work with him. My gratitude to WellVibe for looking after my son in a professional and very caring way. They have been in contract with us every step of the way. WellVibe is such a great company to work for, i have only been here a short while and i am pleased to say i could not have chosen better. I see great a level of teamwork among all the employees and high level of committment. They really look after their employees and support them a great deal. The rostering team especially Minal go above and beyond for their clients by finding them their ideal support worker, and alot of effort goes into the rosters and keeping the staff happy.I am very blessed to be apart of this amazing team. Outstanding service, my son is a complex and can be very difficult to support at times however Jinal and his support team made it seamless and created a very warm and comfortable environment to thrive.
