Our Expertise and Services: 🎯 Behaviour Support & Restrictive Practices: Since joining the NDIS sector in 2019 and registering for restrictive practices in 2020, our experienced team has specialised in implementing effective behaviour support plans. We safely administer chemical, environmental, and physical restraints, as well as seclusion, all in strict accordance with NDIS safeguards and guidelines. 🏠 In-Home Services: Our in-home support offers assistance with daily living tasks and personal care, while guiding families to identify triggers and implement strategies that reduce challenging behaviours.
🌐 Community-Based Supports: We provide flexible support models (1:1, 2:1, or 1:2) that enable participants to confidently engage in community activities. Our approach ensures risk minimisation while promoting independence and social connection. 🏢 Purpose-Built Day Program: Located in Langwarrin, our centre is designed for complex cases. It features a sensory room, a quiet space for self-regulation, and a basketball court to encourage physical exercise.
Participants residing in our SIL properties also benefit from complimentary weekly personal training sessions. • 👥 Qualified & Compassionate Team: Every team member holds a minimum of Cert IV in disability support, with additional qualifications in education, nursing, and specialised behaviour support. Our culturally diverse staff bring valuable lived experience, ensuring empathetic and effective care. ⏱️ Immediate Engagement: With no wait times, we welcome new participants with a friendly meet-and-greet at a location of your choice, ensuring prompt support when it is needed most.
