WellMinded Australia is an NDIS service provider based in Gladesville, New South Wales, supporting participants across Sydney. It offers daily living and personal care support, social and community participation, day programs, supported independent living, short-term accommodation and household cleaning. Therapy and capacity-building options include counselling, art therapy, mental health support for people with psychosocial disability, exercise physiology and speech pathology, plus plan management and support coordination. Social Activities
