Volunteer Gold Coast connects people with meaningful volunteering opportunities across the Gold Coast community. We are a registered Community Transport provider, serving Logan to Tweed Heads and across the Gold Coast. With the help of our volunteer drivers, older adults and NDIS participants can get to appointments, social activities, and essential services safely and reliably. This service keeps people independent, connected, and engaged, reducing isolation and supporting wellbeing.
Our Accessible Beaches program ensures everyone can enjoy the Gold Coast’s coastline. Volunteers help people with disabilities, older Australians, and families experience the beach safely and comfortably, creating fun, inclusive, and memorable experiences for all. We recruit volunteers for a wide network of local organisations across health, disability, aged care, education, environmental conservation, community events, sports, and cultural programs.
Volunteers and organisations are supported with guidance, training, and resources to make every placement safe, positive, and rewarding. Through Volunteer Gold Coast, you can find a role that fits your interests, schedule, and abilities — from short-term event support to ongoing roles that have a lasting impact. We are committed to accessibility, inclusion, and diversity. Opportunities are open to students, retirees, people with disabilities, and culturally diverse communities.
Everyone has a role to play, and every contribution counts. Together, we can create a more connected, inclusive, and vibrant Gold Coast, where everyone belongs.
