UnityLift is an NDIS registered provider founded by a healthcare professional with a background in medication management and caregiving. It offers plan management, support coordination, specialised disability accommodation, in-home personal care, household tasks, life-skills training, employment support, specialised driver training, group activities and home modifications. Each participant is matched with supports after an initial assessment, with goals reviewed and adjustments made as needs change.

The team includes a registered pharmacist, an aged care registered nurse and an accountant, and the provider partners with Trilogy Care to offer aged care services alongside NDIS supports. Support is available across Sydney and New South Wales, with several services offered Australia-wide.
