I am happy to be involved with Unity Coordination. The staff are very knowledgeable and are forthcoming with any information to resolve any questions that may need answering. I like that I can be flexible in my hours and work around my family. I am interested in NDIS and providing the support allows me to learn and understand the system to better support my clients individual needs.

My case coordinator is responsive to my queries and she is always on top of her game towards clients, carers and others. In addition, she will find ways for her client to have a support worker suited with the demand and needs of the person.

Unity Coordination Group are very caring, but I don't think they have the time or the resources to give clients their full support. One thing that I really didn't like is they would promise services or products and never follow through with them.

My Support Coordinator is like magic. She works behind the scene to create solutions to problems and does so in a very skilled way. This has provided me with a confidence to just sit back and let them do what they does best. She has the kindest soul and is very intuitive with reading people and is very wise. She often thinks ten steps ahead and thinks outside the square. She is a true delight.
