I have used Carly for all 3 of her services for several of my NDIS clients and I can't recommend her enough. We were so fortunate to have found her after having dealt with quite a few different providers, especially in the support co-ordination area, that knew less about how it all worked than me, required my support when they had meetings with the NDIA for my clients, and worse, didn't care! Carly takes the time to get to know her clients in order to tailor her support to each individual's unique care needs so they can get the most out of their session with her and their NDIS plan in general. She has a highly developed awareness of how the NDIS works and can offer 'out of the box' ideas and solutions to what could otherwise be considered a problem. I was hesitant to engage someone interstate that could only offer phone and video appointments, but Carly has made this easy also. If you are looking for an experienced, empathetic, knowledgable, near affirming and caring support co-ordinator, counsellor or psychosocial coach, Carly is absolutely amazing at what she does and you will not be disappointed.

Carly was recommended to me by a friend who works as a support worker to come on board as a support co-ordinator and counsellor for my 17yo son who has ASD2 and moderate hearing loss. As we haven't used a support co-ordinator before, it was important to me that we found someone who could guide us on how to get the best from his plan, as well as understand the unique needs of a teenage boy who is on the spectrum. Carly ticked all the boxes, her knowledge of the NDIS and what it can be used for to support him was exceptional, and her friendly, calming nature instantly put my son at ease. Thank you Carly, we had heard so many horror stories about providers, but you have made everything so easy and we really appreciate it.
