At the Disability Housing Centre, we partner with SDA Smart Homes , and we help connect clients and Support Coordinators with Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) options. Our Goal is to help as many Australians as possible under the NDIS, find the right home for their housing needs.  We can achieve this by providing the following services: - Free, impartial guidance on accessing SDA funding -Assistance selecting the right SDA house for you -Specialist Disability Accommodation for Young People transitioning out of Aged Care -Helping you achieve your housing goal
