Create a Seeker profile by answering a few questions about where you want to live, and what you want and need in a place to live. The Housing Hub will send you properties that are a good match, with a ‘Suitability Score’ that tells you how well the property matches what you’re looking for. au/sign-up Home and Living Support Coordination Service Our team is available to assist people with disability in achieving quality housing outcomes. This team has extensive expertise in supporting people throughout Australia, including those living in the community, aged care facilities, as well as people stuck in hospital.
