🚗 Community Access and Social Participation Personalised support to help participants stay active and connected. Activities may include shopping, appointments, exercise, bowling, swimming, social groups, community events, visiting family and friends, using public transport and exploring personal interests. 🤝 Daily Living and Personal Support Respectful assistance with personal care, grooming, morning and evening routines, meal preparation, medication prompting or administration, attending appointments and developing everyday living skills.
