Take Charge services are: fully accredited and quality assured currently provided within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide metropolitan areas, and soon to launch in all other national metropolitan centres delivered Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5pm delivered at home, in supported accommodation, at place of work, or within the community or via clinics where possible. We offer Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Speech Pathology.

Zoe said: The approach by the Occupational Therapist has been good. This is mine and my husband’s first experience with an OT. We have over the phone consultation and they were able to assess my husband’s needs and are working at providing the relevant supports. Take Charge have been keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Based on my experience I would rate them 4 Stars.

Take Charge provided a report for OT services for my son. The OT was friendly and help. We are currently waiting for my son’s new NDIS plan which should include OT funding.
