Support Coordination Plus is a new Melbourne-based NDIS Support Coordination service (Levels 1 & 2). We help you understand your plan—what each budget is for and how to use it day-to-day—and choose providers that fit your goals, location and preferences. We set up services and keep them moving: bookings, start dates and simple follow-ups so nothing falls through. We can organise an appointment in the community (in your local area) or we can conduct sessions online and/or on the telephone.
We aim to take the stress out of the NDIS for you, while also focusing on building your independence to manage you or your loved one's supports over time. Mobile & online across Moonee Ponds, Flemington, Footscray, Box Hill and nearby. Pricing is aligned to NDIS price limits. We currently support plan-managed and self-managed participants.
