Supporting Moo is an NDIS support provider working with young participants aged 7 to 25 and their families in the Northern Territory. It offers support coordination alongside personal care, community access, and living skills and capacity-building programs. Direct supports are delivered one-to-one by a worker the participant chooses, and programs are shaped around each person's goals, needs and funding. The business began with its founder working solo in support coordination and has grown into a team of more than a dozen staff. Supports are available to self-managed and plan-managed participants, and referrals come directly from participants and from other providers.
