Support Coordination WA is an independent, NDIS registered provider of support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching. Based in the Mandurah and Rockingham area, it works with participants across Western Australia, from Esperance in the south to Derby in the north. The team helps people understand and use their NDIS plans, coordinate a mix of supports and handle service delivery tasks, with specialist support coordination for more complex situations. Recovery coaches work with participants, carers and other services on recovery plans, drawing on an established network of providers.
