Stronger Together Support Services is an Aboriginal-owned disability support provider based in Winnellie, Northern Territory, working across the Territory including the Tiwi Islands, Daly River and Kintore. For more than five years it has supported people of all ages and needs. Services cover support coordination, culturally appropriate supports, psychosocial recovery coaching, respite and supported independent living. Supports include daily living skills, community access and recreation, with culturally safe practice connecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to Country and culture. Director Rodney Fejo, a Larrakia and Warumungu man, leads the organisation.
Support Coordination
Support coordinators help participants understand and use their NDIS plan, connect with allied health providers, set up service agreements and prepare for plan reviews.
