We specialise in core supports for: Autism Brain Injuries Cerebral Palsy Down Syndrome Intellectual Disabilities Service Area: We deliver community participation and personal care activities, on the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Hornby and The Upper North Shore of Sydney. Lived Experience: Steadway's CEO Chris Hall is autistic and has a child who is an NDIS participant. This lived experience gives our business a nuanced and in-depth understanding of how best to support autistic participants.
Support Workers: We have support workers of all ages and gender. Our online referral form captures participant preferences and we offer meet and greets prior to supports commencing. We are super passionate about having highly trained support workers. Ages: We work with both adults and children. Registration Status: We are a registered NDIS provider. Leadership Team: Having worked in the NDIS for the last five years, Steadway's CEO has been the director of a SIL provider, consulted for more than 200 providers, and is a passionate local to the Central Coast.
