South Adelaide Plan Management is a family-owned plan management provider based in Reynella East and working with NDIS participants across Adelaide and South Australia. The business handles the financial side of a plan, tracking funds, monitoring budgets, paying provider invoices and keeping participants informed about how much is left to spend and when their plan is due to end. It acts as the contact point between a participant and their service providers, so questions about invoices and funding go through the plan manager rather than the participant.
Plan management is funded within the NDIS plan itself, so participants are not charged for it and it does not reduce the money available for other supports. New participants are set up once their plan has been approved.
