Hello and Welcome to Social Structures Allied Health! What We Do Social Structures Allied Health is an NDIS provider located in the inner west of Melbourne who are committed to delivering a high level of care and support to all of our participants and their families. I opened Social Structures Allied Health, because as a parent of a 9yr old with Autism and ADHD, I want to ensure that all children, families and carers of the NDIS have a place to access therapy and supports without long waitlists.
We want to help children navigate their challenges, build strong self esteems and create the structures they need around them to live a great life. We want to empower our participants to understand their NDIS plans and how best to utilise their funding to achieve their goals We have two separate clinics located at the same premise - one for adults and one for children. How We're Different Our team, including our support coordinators have lived experience of disability, including autism, so we know how important it is to understand your NDIS plan and connect you with providers to help you achieve your goals.
